Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are open Sunday by appointment only . We have three convenient ways to place an order 1) By phone 2) On our website at www.parsonsflorist.com or by stopping by the shop at 52 Townline, Orangeville- Entrance is on William street. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Family Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Rush Orders are best called into the shop. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Family Day, Victoria Day, The August Civic Holiday and Labor Day. DELIVERY POLICY Please note if a recipient chooses to pick up their order after a delivery fee has been collected. Extra flowers in the full amount of the delivery fee will be added to the design. We always fill each order to 100% and often more! Out of town deliveries have a minimum amount plus an additional delivery charge. Timed or rushed deliveries are an extra $5.

Delivery Fees for orders within the town of Orangeville are $15.95.
Rural Delivery fees will range from $20.95 to $35.95 depending on the proximity to the Town of Orangeville. Once we review your order in shop and determine the distance form our shop to the recipient, Additional fees above the in-town fee will be addded to your order. All rural deliveries have a minimum order amount of $70 plus delivery. We will attempt to contact you, the sender, to make you aware of the actual delivery charge based on the distance for the delivery.

Alton village $22.95, Caledon Village $22.95, Select Caledon Rural areas $20.95-35.95, (call to confirm) Hillsburgh village $31.95, Grand Valley Village $30.95, Town of Shelburne $30.95, Mono Mills Village $22.99, Town of Erin $30.95, VIllage of Belfountain $35.95, Amaranth $20.95-$35.95, Mono Centre Village $34.95. Please call if you would like an exact amount for your rural delivery charge, or to confirm if it is within our delivery service area. We will attempt to contact the sender with any additional charges or concerns for rural delivery area and charges.
Rush/Timed deliveries will have a $5.00 fee added to the order.
We do not leave flowers unattended outside the delivery address given.
Phone numbers FOR RECIPEINTS MUSTaccompany orders to guarantee same day delivery and must accompany All Orders. All recipients are called ahead of time to ensure there is someone to receive the flowers . All flowers will be handed to someone at the residence or business. If a recipient prefers to pick up an order, extra value will be added to the design to offest the cost of the delivery/packaging fee.
Any orders refused by recipeints will be redirected to a local charity at the descresion of the the recipient. Only upon request of the recipient will refusals be reported to the sender. Unfortunately sometime those situations arrise, but not often. If you suspect your order may be refused please make the staff aware of this ahead of time to avoid having to pay for a redirected order. No refund is given for a refused or redirected order. Orders for flowers to be wired out to our affiliate Teleflora florists (outside of our delivery area) will have a minimum $19.00 delivery fee as well as a relay charge. In-province: $19.99, Out-of-Province: $22.99 or out of country $27.99 -$34.95. We will contact you if your order is outside of our delivery area. Please call to place an international order.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value or similar colour. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand and shortage of supplies, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Lets face it, Mother Nature isnt Benjamine Moore...She doesnt always match colour perfectly, but she is pretty awesome!
