About the Company

Family Owned and Operated since 1917, this fourth generation florist is located in Orangeville Ontario and delivers to local areas with the freshest flowers which arrive daily from the worlds finest growers. Our service is second to none. Having received many awards and appearing on local TV and national printed publications, our wonderful staff will take care of your floral order as though it was our own.

Store Hours:

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are open Sunday by appointment only. As per instruction from The Government of Ontario and The Welling Dufferin Board of Health, We are practicing the safest way possible at this time and customers are still asked to order three ways 1) By phone 2) On our website at or by our super efficient Drive-In ordering where you remain safely and comfortably in your vehicle and we come out to serve you. Because we have had to remodel the interrior to design space for social distancing rather than a show room and because our home is attached to the shop we have decided at this point in time to continue to serve you without allowing any customers into the shop. Thankfully we have been doing the drive in service for years for our less mobile customers and we have you covered! To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Family Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day. Rush Orders are best called into the shop. Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Boxing Day, Family Day, Victoria Day, The August Civic Holiday and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy

We remain dedicated to a safe delivery policy for all our local deliveries (see below)

Delivery Fees for orders within the town of Orangeville are $14.95.

 Rural Delivery fees will range from $16.95 to $22.95 depending on the proximity to the Town of Orangeville. Additional fees will be addded to your order based on the distance your recipient is from town. All rural deliveries have a minimum order amount of $50 plus delivery. We will attempt to contact the sender to make you aware of your actual delivery charge based on the distance for the delivery.

The following delivery charges will apply.

Alton village $16.95, Caledon Village $16.95, Select Caledon Rural areas $16.95-22.95, (call to confirm) Hillsburgh village $20.95, Grand Valley Village $20.95, Town of Shelburne $20.95, Mono Mills Village $17.99, Town of Erin $20.95, VIllage of Belfountain $20.95, Amaranth $16.95-22.95, Mono Centre Village $17.95.  Please call if you would like an exact amount for your rural delivery charge, or to confirm if it is within our delivery service area.  We will attempt to contact the sender with any additional charges or concerns for rural delivery area and charges.

 Rush/Timed deliveries will have a $5.00 fee added to the order.

 We do not leave flowers unattended outside the delivery address given.

Deliveries to the Greater Toronto area will be the next business day.
Orders received for the Orangeville area,  before 1:00pm will be delivered the same day if recipient is home. Except Major Floral Holidays-we suggest ordering 2-3 days ahead due to demand. 

 Phone numbers FOR RECIPEINTS MUSTaccompany orders to guarantee same day delivery and must accompany All Orders.  All recipients are called ahead of time to ensure there is someone to receive the flowers on a Porch Pick-Up basis- we will call from the driveway and wait to watch the recipient pick up their flowers. This is for the safety of our staff and our customers to maintain social distance.  If a recipient prefers to pick up an order, extra value will be added to the design to offest the cost of the delivery/packaging fee. We have a Drive-in service set up for all pick ups now to ensure there is no Direct Customer Contact. 

  Any orders refused by recipeints will be redirected to a local charity at the descresion of the the recipient. Only upon request of the recipient will refusals be reported to the sender. Unfortunately sometime those situations arrise, but not often.  If you suspect your order may be refused please make the staff aware of this ahead of time to avoid having to pay for a redirected order. No refund is given for a refused or redirected order. 

Orders for flowers to be wired out to our affiliate Teleflora florists (outside of our delivery area) will have a minimum $14.00 delivery fee as well as a relay charge. In-province: $16.99,  Out-of-Province: $18.99 or out of country $24.00 -$25.95. We will contact you if your order is outside of our delivery area. Please call to place an international order.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value or similar colour. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.  Lets face it, Mother Nature isnt Benjamine Moore...She doesnt always match colour perfectly, but she is pretty awesome!
